Corporate Financial Advisory complements the FWC service and focuses on the Client business assets or Family-Owned Company or privately owned enterprises, in terms of finding finance-related solutions and Capital restructuring. The service includes but is not limited to the following:

Ø Advise on the valuations of the Client business assets and exit strategy considerations when applicable.

Ø Advise on the capital employed and/or contingent liabilities relating to the Client Business Assets, including their dividend generation and/or value creation potential.

Ø Assessing the existing financing options in relation to the Client Business Assets and whether better arrangements can be put in place to optimize the capital structure.

Ø Advise on Capital raising.

Ø Advise in identifying targets for strategic growth (whether Horizontal or Vertical integration) and the related due diligence incorporating the legal (arranged externally) / financial and regulatory framework as they will apply to the particular sector in question.
