Each iteration including 3 phases (durations listed below are average as, for example, it could be longer in case multiple entities undertake a common project within a same Group).

  1. Scoping and assessment – 2 to 4 weeks;
  2. Conception and target design – 2 to 4 weeks;
  3. Execution and release – 8 to 12 weeks.

Each iteration has a feedback loop to ensure objectives are met while feeding in next iteration within a continuous delivery mechanism.
