Paul founded PMSJ Consultants in 2007, as the exclusive representative of the French HR & Organisational Management Consulting Group, RH Partners which has developed mainly in the MENA Region.

The focus has been to help Clients bring the best of their Human Capital and better manage their organizations. Today, Paul is the driving force behind the XN Consultants.

Prior to RH Partners, Paul built a wealth of experience in Management, Information Technology & HR Consulting, Training and Coaching that he developed over a career that spans over 30 years in the United States, Europe and the Middle East.

Paul contributed to various business transformation and complex projects while he was employed by multinational organizations that include Arthur Andersen, (then Accenture), Price Waterhouse Management Consultants, Seer Technologies and Valoris.

Paul speaks English, French, Arabic and Spanish fluently and has lived and worked In the Americas, Europe and the Middle East.

He graduated from John Carroll University in Cleveland Ohio – USA, in 1985 with a double major in Computer Science and Management/Finance.
