Hady is the founder and chairman of Hiram Finance, a financial services consultancy based in Paris, France and Beirut, Lebanon that he founded in 1998.

The company now has over 40 employees (mostly in Paris) working on projects with large banks and institutions around strategy, risk management, operations, and compliance.

Hady started his career in the Banking industry, in France, as a trader in the Summer of 1987 and since then held multiple operational roles in many banks, namely: Banque Française Standard Chartered, Citibank and Bankers Trust.

In 1990, he joined SBT-Batif (which became Altus finance when acquired by Crédit Lyonnais) where he spent 4 years before going to London to head the bond non-government trading team.

Following his London experience, he moved back to Paris, joining BNP Paribas in 1995 as Head of Primary and Secondary non-government bond markets.

He returned to Lebanon in 2013, where he is participating in financial, economic or humanitarian projects.

Hady is a former Board member of ABC Group (Lebanon) and active Board member at CCFL (Franco-Lebanese Chamber of Commerce).

Hady attended for his higher studies Ecole Polytechnique (France) and graduated in 1984. He brings to the XN the know-how and support he has acquired over the years in banking and consulting.
