Jean-Francois joined PMSJ Consultants in 2011, as a Director for HR & Organizational Management. At this position he has conducted various C-level recruitment missions for leading organizations in Lebanon as well as the Gulf region.
In addition to that he has participated in the restructuring and the reorganization of large companies in Waste Management, Automotive and Public Works. Also, he trained employees of a major Petrochemical company in Selling Techniques.
Prior to PMSJ, Jean-Francois was a Sales Engineer in Paris with Xerox selling the whole Xerox line of products. Later, he joined as Area Manager, a subsidiary of Unilever, in charge of resolving complex technical issues for large accounts such as Air France, RATP, SNCF among others.
Jean-Francois speaks English, French and Arabic fluently. He has lived and worked in Europe and the Middle East.
He graduated from St Joseph University with a Masters in Economics, then he pursued his studies at INSEAD in France and earned his Micro Masters in Supply Chain Engineering from MIT.
