Samir is currently an Independent Senior Business Advisor and Board Member, after 15 years tenure as Senior Executive Director at IBM in Europe where has led several business units, servicing market segments spanning from SMEs up to Global Financial Institutions and promoting digital transformation solutions and services.

He was also part of IBM internal Strategy and Transformation team, showing solid track record in operating model and process redesign.

Samir took all the GM education curriculum within IBM. He also holds a Grande Ecole Engineering diploma from CentraleSupelec and a Board Director Certification delivered by IFC (World Bank).

He is co-founding Chairman of the Board Directors Association in Lebanon and member of the board of SKN Group, a leading dermatology group in UK.
