The FWC service works closely with the family client to address the family’s financial and risk management considerations relating to the totality of the family “Assets” that comprise “Business Assets”, “Illiquid Investments” and “Liquid Investments” with a view to raise a set of recommendations towards optimizing this distribution and/or addressing client specific objective(s). The FWC services includes but not limited to, Family Governance mechanism, Estate planning, regulating and ring-fencing the family wealth or exposure from the family’s underlying operating businesses especially during times of economic or geopolitical instability and / or change due to disruptive technologies to setting up and running a Family Office. For avoidance of doubt the FWC service does not include the provision of investment advice or any form of investment services.
